Rates

Just Think I.T. covers an area approximately within a 35 miles radius of Cambridge. If you fall outside of this area please still call as flexibility is allowed for and there may be a small addition to the costs to cover the additional traveling costs.

Anyone who has had previous support on their computer will know costs can escalate as the 'clock ticks by'. To reflect this, the charges below are set to give a 'maximum' charge, so that you know before hand what the maximum cost will be for the time taken.

Just Think I.T. does not charge an additional initial call out fee. (or for evening visits), they are all at the same rates as set out below. Also you only pay for the actual time on site, you do not pay for traveling time.

Home Users

To resolve an initial problem:

• £35 per hour (or part of)

Alternatively you may wish to pre book the whole day and know the exact cost:

• All (one) day visit: £180

Payment on completion by Cash or Cheque (with supported guarantee card) only.
Any parts are charged separately.

This applies to any Predefined problem(s), even if the equipment needs to be taken away and returned to you, or if the job is split over one or more visits. Any parts, software or accessories that are required are not included and will be charged extra. Alternatively, we will assist you in buying these yourself thus giving you the best savings. If the problem remains after the initial call a further visit will not incur a further charge, however if there is another problem (or cause) this will incur a new call out and hence the charges laid out above (plus any parts as laid out above).

Just Think I.T. reserves the right to return equipment back to its 'un-repaired' state if payment is not made.

Business Users

Business rates reflect the fact that in a business environment there are further issues not in a home user environment, for example; networking, servers, shared printer and/or shared email and internet access, router/hubs, shared files etc. It also reflects the importance to a business to safeguard data and to have the equipment 'up an running' as soon as possible.

The first hour of any one visit: £55
Further hours (or part) of the same visit: £35 per hour

Alternatively you may wish to purchase half a day or one full day, and resolve the other minor issues that you never get round to putting right.

Half day rate: £140
Full day Rate: £240

Vat

Just Think I.T. is not VAT registered, so VAT is NOT added to the prices for services quoted above . Likewise any products purchased on your behalf will include the VAT paid for them, but are not VAT claimable by yourself!
