Having worked in computer support for the IT industry for many years I have realised that there is a lack of reliable support for the home user and small/medium businesses. Also cost often reflects the level of service, the better service being at prohibitive costs to the home user and small/medium business.

The smaller concerns can fall short in the customer care stakes, often not caring when the service they offer falls short and who do not want to get involved with repeat follow ups, especially if caused by their own incompetence.
